SAILING ITINERARY – BVI CRUISE

Day 1 – Saturday. Boarding at 18:00 at Scrub Island Marina – Dinner on board and night at the marina.

Day 2 – Sunday (Jost Van Dyke). Set sail from Scrub Island Marina after breakfast to reach White Bay (12 NM / 2 hours) for lunch and a visit to the Soggy Dollar Bar. In the late afternoon, heading to Great Harbour (3 NM / 30 minutes) for dinner and a cocktail at Foxys Tamarind

Day 3 – Monday (Norman Island). Departure to Sandy Cay (3 NM / 30 minutes), for snorkeling, relaxing on the beach, water sports and lunch. This is a national park donated by the Rockefeller family to the BVI. Ask the crew to take you ashore and enjoy a walk on a beautiful and short trail that crosses the island. In the afternoon, sail to Norman Island (12 NM / 2 hours) to visit the sea caves of Treasure Point before proceeding to Benures Bay (3 NM / 30 minutes) for a quiet evening under the stars, an ideal place for paddle boarding and water sports.

Day 4 – Tuesday (Peter Island). Depart Benures Bay after breakfast towards The Indians (2 NM / 30 min) where you can snorkel in crystal clear waters. After snorkeling, head to Deadmans Bay (6 NM / 1 hour) on Peter Island for lunch, water sports and relaxing on the beach. Late afternoon to spend in Peter Island Great Harbour to party on the WillyT and dinner and / or evening on Cooper Island.

Day 5 – Wednesday (Virgin Gorda). Head to Marine Baths (10 NM / 2 hours) from morning to lunch. Enjoy snorkeling in the most beautiful spot of the BVI and Devil Bay through the maze of giant boulders. In the afternoon, sail to North Gorda sound (10 NM / 2 hours) and anchor between Prickly Pear and Eustatia for snorkeling and a quiet evening.

Day 6 – Thursday (Anegada). We set sail early in the morning towards Anegada Setting Point (15 NM / 3 hours). Here there is the possibility of renting a jeep to visit the island. Dinner based on lobster, for which the island of Anegada is famous. Throughout the trip enjoy the wonderful attractions of the Sunken Island (flamingos, salt ponds, breathtaking white sand beaches) [the jeep excursion has additional costs].

Day 7 – Friday (Guana Island). Sailing from Anegada to Monkey Point (20 NM / 4 hours) on Guana Island for snorkeling and lunch. This is reported as one of the best snorkeling spots on the island, with many turtles and schools of fish near the coast. Spend some time on the beautiful White Bay beach to paddle board or kayak. We will reach Marina Cay (5 NM / 1 hour) just before sunset. Evening at Marina Cay

Day 8 – Saturday (Scrub Island). In the morning return to the base (15min), Scrub Island Marina – Disembarkation at 9.00.

N.B. The program is purely indicative and not binding. It can be changed at the sole discretion of the captain, based on the weather conditions or for reasons of force majeure, if they should result in a lack of safety for guests, crew and vessel.

ALL THE DETAILS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE DEPARTURE

Embarkation: Hodge's Creek Marina - Saturday at 6:00 pm
Disembarkation: Hodge's Creek Marina - Saturday at 9:00 am
Minimum age: 6 years

The rate includes:

• Accommodation in an air-conditioned double cabin with private bathroom (in the BVI, air conditioning is in service at night)
• Full board: breakfast, lunch and dinner
• 1 local cocktail every evening per person
• Drinks during meals: table wine (1/2 litre per person per day), fruit juices and soft drinks
• Service of 2 crew members: captain and steward/cook
• 2 sets of bed linen, towels and beach towels per person per cruise
• Shower gel and shampoo
• Yacht consumables: diesel, fuel and water
• Water sports equipment: snorkelling equipment, 2 paddleboards and 1 tandem kayak (in case of availability issues, the tandem kayak may be replaced by a single kayak)
• Travel documents

The crew is responsible for cleaning the common areas only.

In the BVI, passengers are allowed to bring their own beer and wine on board, as there is no beverage pre-order service available.

The rate does not include:

• Airfares
• Round-trip transfers from Road Town Ferry Terminal or Tortola Airport to the Dream Yacht base at Hodge's Creek: € 58.18 total for 1-2 people + € 29.09 for each additional person. One-way transfers cost 50% of the round-trip rate
• Mandatory Destination Fee: US$ 330 per person, payable in advance
• Personal travel insurance
• Alcoholic beverages other than those expressly mentioned under "The rate includes"
• Anything not expressly mentioned under "The rate includes"

Superior cabin supplement (forward or aft cabin): € 200 per cabin.

Destination Fee

The Destination Fee is mandatory and amounts to US$ 330 per person, payable in advance.

Depending on the destination, the Destination Fee includes:

• Customs taxes
• National Park fees for the yacht
• Tourist taxes and island landing fees
• Mooring fees
• Possible refills of water, fuel, gas and fresh products
• Miscellaneous expenses, including the replacement of broken crockery and lost equipment such as snorkelling equipment, kayaks and paddleboards

Special diets

On cabin cruises, food preferences cannot be accommodated. It is possible to request, for an additional charge of € 120 per person, payable in advance, one of the following special diets: vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, diabetic, no fish/seafood, dairy-free and lactose-free.

Optional excursions package

The excursions package allows you to discover some of the wonders of Anegada and includes:

• Snorkelling excursion
• Stingrays and turtles
• Conch Island
• Diving for conch to prepare ceviche
• Drinks included: water and beer

Price: US$ 120 per person (US$ 60 for children under 14). The package cannot be split, must be paid at the time of booking and the sequence of excursions may be changed without prior notice.

Passports and travel documents

Passport details must be provided to the base at least 2 weeks before arrival. Late submission of passport details may result in an additional charge of € 150 per cabin, payable at the base. Last-minute bookings are excluded.

It is each traveller's responsibility to ensure that they have the necessary travel documents and meet all entry and visa requirements for the countries visited.

Other conditions

• Prices may be reviewed every 3-6 months.
• Any change of name and/or date will be charged at € 30 per booking file and per individual change.

Travel registration fee: € 40.00 per person
The travel registration fee includes the "Navale SOS" medical and baggage loss insurance policy. This is a UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. policy which, through the "Pronto Assistance Servizi S.c.r.l." network, provides medical and legal assistance, interpreter services, repatriation of the traveller and family members, coverage of medical expenses, etc.
It also provides coverage against theft/fire of baggage up to € 750.00.

Trip cancellation/interruption insurance and additional coverage:
The trip cancellation/interruption insurance and additional coverage ("SKIPPER & CHARTER") costs 2.6% of the total trip price and must be purchased within 7 days from the date of confirmation.

This insurance coverage, specifically designed for sailing holidays, includes the following benefits:

• Extended individual trip cancellation coverage
• Compensation for any delay in the delivery of the yacht due to breakdown or bad weather
• Passenger third-party liability
• Reimbursement of the unused portion of the trip in the event of trip interruption
