SAILING ITINERARY – BVI CRUISE
Day 1 – Saturday. Boarding at 18:00 at Scrub Island Marina – Dinner on board and night at the marina.
Day 2 – Sunday (Jost Van Dyke). Set sail from Scrub Island Marina after breakfast to reach White Bay (12 NM / 2 hours) for lunch and a visit to the Soggy Dollar Bar. In the late afternoon, heading to Great Harbour (3 NM / 30 minutes) for dinner and a cocktail at Foxys Tamarind
Day 3 – Monday (Norman Island). Departure to Sandy Cay (3 NM / 30 minutes), for snorkeling, relaxing on the beach, water sports and lunch. This is a national park donated by the Rockefeller family to the BVI. Ask the crew to take you ashore and enjoy a walk on a beautiful and short trail that crosses the island. In the afternoon, sail to Norman Island (12 NM / 2 hours) to visit the sea caves of Treasure Point before proceeding to Benures Bay (3 NM / 30 minutes) for a quiet evening under the stars, an ideal place for paddle boarding and water sports.
Day 4 – Tuesday (Peter Island). Depart Benures Bay after breakfast towards The Indians (2 NM / 30 min) where you can snorkel in crystal clear waters. After snorkeling, head to Deadmans Bay (6 NM / 1 hour) on Peter Island for lunch, water sports and relaxing on the beach. Late afternoon to spend in Peter Island Great Harbour to party on the WillyT and dinner and / or evening on Cooper Island.
Day 5 – Wednesday (Virgin Gorda). Head to Marine Baths (10 NM / 2 hours) from morning to lunch. Enjoy snorkeling in the most beautiful spot of the BVI and Devil Bay through the maze of giant boulders. In the afternoon, sail to North Gorda sound (10 NM / 2 hours) and anchor between Prickly Pear and Eustatia for snorkeling and a quiet evening.
Day 6 – Thursday (Anegada). We set sail early in the morning towards Anegada Setting Point (15 NM / 3 hours). Here there is the possibility of renting a jeep to visit the island. Dinner based on lobster, for which the island of Anegada is famous. Throughout the trip enjoy the wonderful attractions of the Sunken Island (flamingos, salt ponds, breathtaking white sand beaches) [the jeep excursion has additional costs].
Day 7 – Friday (Guana Island). Sailing from Anegada to Monkey Point (20 NM / 4 hours) on Guana Island for snorkeling and lunch. This is reported as one of the best snorkeling spots on the island, with many turtles and schools of fish near the coast. Spend some time on the beautiful White Bay beach to paddle board or kayak. We will reach Marina Cay (5 NM / 1 hour) just before sunset. Evening at Marina Cay
Day 8 – Saturday (Scrub Island). In the morning return to the base (15min), Scrub Island Marina – Disembarkation at 9.00.
